1. Why is it worthwhile for our company to import product from Handy Force?

2. What is your minimum order?
Can I order your products in small numbers? We basically require tool orders totaling at least USD6,000.

4. How do you check product quality?
We have a quality control department to control our production of quality, usually we accord to our customer request and we have a laboratory to do quality check, we follow AQL-105E.

5. How about your lead-time on my purchase order?
Depending upon the type and complexity of your tool or OEM & ODM order, our delivery is generally between 30~40 days from receiving your order confirmation.

6. How about payment team?
We use either T/T (Wire Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight. Please be informed that we can consider other payment methods according to your request and credibility.

7. Can I visit your company and see your assembly line and production?
Yes, sure you are very welcome; we want to let you know our company strength when you want to cooperation business with us.

8. What languages can you communicate?
Because we are based in Taiwan we naturally speak Chinese, also we have a sales department, speaking and understanding English is very essential, and so we are very glad to communicate with you in English.
