Releases tension on serpentine belts with spring loaded idler pulley.

Used to remove and install belts on serpentine belt systems using a spring loaded idler pulley.

Will reach where conventional ratchets or breaker bars won't.

Fits pulleys requiring 13 mm, 15 mm, 16mm, hex and both 3/8" and 1/2" square drive sizes, also comes with an extension that can be bolted on and set in 11 different positions for hard to reach areas.
